LOOK UP UNTO THE HILLS

LOOK UP UNTO THE HILLS

Hear the word of God from
Psalm 121 vs 1-2
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. [2] My help cometh from the Lord , which made heaven and earth.

The above scripture tells us that the only place to set our eyes when we need help and in dire need is heaven and unto God, who dwells on high. If we set our eyes on any man or elsewhere, we will be disappointed. This informs us that whatever the circumstances, we should look up to God for help and in every situation we find ourselves, we should not hesitate to turn to God for solutions because He is the only One Who can help us without looking back.

As a Christian, when you need help, the first place to look up to is heaven where God sits and rules in the affairs of men on earth.(Daniel 4 v 17) Looking up to the hill, according to today’s scripture, is acknowledging that God is able to render whatever help we requested from Him without asking for the opinion of man.

We should not be ignorant of the fact that when men rise to help us, it’s God in action because we can not receive anything except it’s given to us from above. (John 3 v 27) So when we look up to God, He can send help to us through men.

However, in CELESTIAL Church, we are blessed with a wonderful service known as SEEKER’S SERVICE. This service is designed for every member seeking God’s face for miracles. Instead of running up and down seeking help to meet our pressing needs. We should cherish this service and attend to seek God’s face for our hearts’ desires.
CCC Hymns 878 Halleluyah ayo wa mbo etc.( Halleluyah our joy cometh etc.)

What I noticed as a member of Celestial is that the strangers are the people enjoying the benefits of the wonderful services we were given in Celestial because we, the original members, handled the services with negligence so strangers who cherished it came and took the blessings which supposed to be the children’s bread. Just like Jesus said to the Greek woman, a Syrophoenician.(Mark 7 vs. 26 – 28) Verse 27 “But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.”

In conclusion, Brethren, it’s important to know that God answers prayer in CCC if only we can look up and seek God’s face genuinely. it is only God that can help us beyond our expectations and without being tired. Ephesians 3 v 20 states, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

Father, thank You for being our help and sustenance and for the wonderful provisions You have made available for us in CCC. I pray that as we look up to you for all our needs and do according to Your will . You will come through for us and meet us at the very point of our needs. We receive grace to look up to You in all things and worship You accordingly in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!

Have a fruitful week.
Stay blessed.
JESUS IS LORD!
